AI-Generated Shopping List Feature

RareBody may provide a feature within the application that generates shopping lists based on meals selected, added to a meal plan, or included in a user’s shopping cart (the “AI Shopping List Feature”). This feature is powered by third-party artificial intelligence systems.

By using the AI Shopping List Feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The feature is provided for informational and convenience purposes only.
  • Any shopping lists generated are automated outputs and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your individual needs.
  • RareBody does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
  • The feature may not account for dietary requirements, allergies, health conditions, or personal preferences.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and modifying any generated shopping list prior to use or purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RareBody disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense incurred as a result of reliance on the AI Shopping List Feature or any content generated by it.

This feature is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

 

Health Data Integration (Apple Health & Google Fit)

RareBody may integrate with third-party health platforms, including Apple HealthKit and Google Fit (the “Health Platforms”), to allow users to import, sync, and display certain health and fitness data within the RareBody app.

By enabling and using these integrations, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The connection to Health Platforms is optional and is enabled only with your explicit permission.
  • RareBody accesses and processes health data solely to provide and improve app functionality, including personalised insights, recommendations, and features.
  • RareBody does not control, own, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any data provided by Health Platforms.
  • Any health or fitness data displayed within the app is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical advice.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and interpreting your health data and for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions.

RareBody is not a medical provider, and the app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RareBody disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or adverse outcome arising from:

  • Your use of, or reliance on, health data obtained through Health Platforms; or
  • Any inaccuracies or errors in data provided by Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, or other third-party services.

Health data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. RareBody does not sell or share your health data with third parties except as required to provide core app functionality or as required by law.

By connecting your account to Apple HealthKit or Google Fit, you consent to the collection, use, and display of your health data in accordance with these Terms.
